NSBE Jr Chapter Re-Charter Form

This form is being distributed to all existing NSBE Jr. chapters for renewal and auditing purposes. Our goal is to maintain accurate chapter records so we can effectively communicate with our leaders and members, keeping everyone informed about the latest updates and activities within the Society.
Before completing this form, please ensure that your chapter meets the following requirements:

NSBE Jr chapters are required to have at least 2 chapter advisors and a MINIMUM of 5 chapter officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Programs Chair) and 5 members registered.

Please note, the 5 officers will count toward the minimum number of registered members per chapter.

If these stipulations aren't met, your chapter will not be recognized as active on the national level. If you do not meet the active chapter stipulations, still complete the form and request an exception using the directions listed below. Your chapter can be activated at a later date.

Important Notes: Chapters are required to provide the names of their Chapter Executive Officers (CEOs). For NSBE Jr. chapters, the chapter advisor is responsible for this process.
