    Welcome to the NSBE Group Registration Form. Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure accurate and efficient processing of your group registration
  • Key Instructions:

    Use the Provided Template:
    Download and complete the official Group Registration Template in Excel format. Do not submit registrations in any other format, such as PDFs or Word documents. DO NOT CHANGE OR ADD COLUMNS TO THE EXCEL FILE

    Include All Participants:
    Ensure all group members, including advisors, leaders, and chaperones, are listed on the template. 

    No Duplicate Information:
    Each participant's email address must be unique to avoid delays in processing.

    Payment Information:

    The US Mail mailing address for checks and money orders is listed below:

    *Include the Chapter Name and Invoice Number in the memo section.

    Deadline for accepting checks is Februaruy 25th

  • Payment Methods: 

    Check, Money Order, Cashier’s Check
    Make checks payable to NSBE and include your Chapter Name and Invoice Number on the check memo line. Deadline for accepting checks is Februaruy 25th 

    Credit Card
    Once the form and Excel sheet are submitted, you will receive a payment reminder email with a secure link to process payment via credit card. 

    NSBE Credit
    If you plan to use NSBE credit, please note that if the credit does not cover the full registration amount, you are responsible for paying the remaining balance. Include a note in the form specifying the use of NSBE credit and the amount of the credit. 

  • Required Registration Roster
    To ensure your group registration is processed accurately, please follow these guidelines:

    Submission Format:All registration rosters must be submitted in Excel format using the official template provided.

    Do not submit PDFs or other file formats.

    Information to Include: For each participant, ensure the following fields are completed:

    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address (each email must be unique; no duplicates)
    • Member Type (e.g., Collegiate, PCI, Professional)
    • Emergency Contact Name and Phone Number

    Additional Notes: Be sure to include all chaperones on the group registration Excel sheet. Once your form and Excel template have been submitted, you will receive an invoice confirming payment details.

    If paying by check, mail your payment to the address below and include your Chapter Name and Invoice Number:

  • FAQs:

    What happens after I submit this form?
    Once you submit this form and the Excel template, you will receive a payment reminder that includes your invoice. Group registrations are not complete until payment is received.


    Can I add participants after submission?
    Yes, additional participants can be added by submitting a new Excel template labeled as an ‘Add-On Submission.’ Include the original Ticket ID in the new submission.


    What if I make a mistake on the template?
    If you notice errors after submission, visit the "edit submission link" at the bottom of your confirmation email. 


    How do I verify if my payment was received?
    Payment confirmation will be sent to the primary contact email provided in the form after payment is remitted. If you do not receive confirmation email, contact membership@nsbe.org.
