Partnership Terms and Conditions

Key Deadlines

Logo Submission Deadline:
All partner logos must be submitted in high-resolution format (PNG or EPS preferred) by August 3, 2026, to be included in print and digital materials.

F&B (Food and Beverage) Selection Deadline:
All food and beverage preferences for sponsored events (receptions, meals, or hospitality suites) must be finalized by August 3, 2026. If no selection is submitted by this date, standard menu selections will be chosen on your behalf.

Sponsorship Commitment Deadline:

Last day to secure partnerships is August 3, 2026. This ensures inclusion in printed materials, signage, and proper event coordination.

Workshop Facilitation:

Workshops hosted by companies require an additional fee unless otherwise covered by your partnership level.

The number of workshops available to your organization is dependent on your sponsorship tier. Additional workshops may be discussed at an added cost.

Sponsored workshops will be given precedence over individual-submitted workshops in the selection process.

If your organization would like to designate a submitted workshop as a sponsored session, please indicate it on the call for workshops form.

Cancellations & Refunds

To request a refund or cancel your sponsorship:
- Full Refund: Cancellations received by June 15, 2026
- 75% Refund: Cancellations received by July 17, 2026
- 50% Refund: Cancellations received by July 27, 2026
- Cancellations made after August 1, 2026 are subject to partial refund guidlines noted above and will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
This includes ALL paid and unpaid invoices.

There will be no refunds after August 3, 2026.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the NSBE National Partnerships team at national_partnerships@nsbe.org.

NSBE National Partnerships: New and Renewal

Corporate Sustainability Partner 26-27 FY

Corporate Sustainability Partners are industry leaders and/or corporate and government strategic partners who work with NSBE’s leadership to have a true impact in advancing NSBE’s mission to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers and STEM-related professionals who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community. This will be achieved through advocacy, collaboration, recruitment, brand awareness and outreach. Each CSP Partner commits (but not limited) to a minimum financial contribution of $60,000 to support our programs, scholarships, and chapters. Multi-year commitments, up to three (3) years are available at this rate. *Note - NSBE will provide virtual alternatives equivalent to in-person packages.

Corporate Growth Partner 26-27FY

Corporate Growth Partners are the esteemed network of companies who work to help advance the mission of National Society of Black Engineers to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers and STEM-related professionals who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community. Each CGP Partner commits (but not limited) to a minimum financial contribution of $40,000, making significant impact in NSBE’s Fellows Program, student scholarships, and Annual Convention. Multi-year commitments, up to three (3) years are available at this rate. *Note - NSBE will provide virtual alternatives equivalent to in-person packages.

NSBE Scholarships Program
Named Scholarship
Your organization can sponsor a "Named Scholarship" which allows your organization to help manage the criteria for applicants and tie your organization to the gift. This type of gift will require a 10% admin fee. You will be able to review the Terms and Conditions below.

The minimum donation for a Named Scholarship is $10,000, with a minimum scholarship award of $5,000. A 10% administrative fee is added to the total amount of your awards to cover the cost of administering and awarding your scholarship. All scholarship donations under $10,000 fund the NSBE General Scholarship pool.

Please note: All funds must be dispersed within 2 years of the gift date. If funds are remaining after 2 years, the funds will be reallocated to the general scholarship fund.

Cycle 1: Fall
Applications open in early September and close in early January
Partners must sponsor a scholarship by Aug. 1
Scholarship review and selection begin in early January
NSBE notifies members of selection in mid-winter
Recipients receive scholarship funds in the spring

Total - A 10% administrative fee is added to the amount of your awards to cover the cost of administering and awarding your scholarship. All scholarship donations under $10,000 fund the NSBE General Scholarship pool. See details above.

Partnership Terms and Conditions

All payments are due 30 days from the invoice date.

Payments outstanding after December 31, 2025 will affect your participation at the convention. There will be a 25% fee for any sponsorship cancellations after January 3, 2026. This includes paid and unpaid invoices. There will be no refunds after January 31, 2026.
