Partnership Terms and Conditions
For those unable to pay with a credit card, there is an invoice option. Please note that all invoice items must be paid within 45 days. After 45 days, your selection will be considered forfeited, and the unpaid item(s) will be returned back to inventory.
January 31, 2026 will be the cutoff date for the invoice option, and the NSBE Impact Portal will only accept credit card payment for self-checkout. No other form of payment will be honored after this date (with the exception of forms mailed in along with a check with prior approval)
A 25% cancellation fee for any sponsorship cancellations after January 16, 2026. This includes paid sponsorship and sponsorships with pending invoices.
There will be no refunds after January 31, 2026.
One full year of professional membership is $50.00.
You have the opportunity to include your ad in an email specifically targeted to your demographic, through our national, conference, regional or NSBE Jr. editions of NSBE eNews. Customize the entire eNews to your color scheme, and have both top and bottom banner slots represent your corporation! In addition, you have the ability to place your corporation’s ad at the bottom of the eNews.
Provide NSBE with your graphic, content, and hashtags and NSBE will share your post through our Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts.

Corporate Sustainability Partners are industry leaders and/or corporate and government strategic partners who work with NSBE’s leadership to have a true impact in advancing NSBE’s mission to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers and STEM-related professionals who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community. This will be achieved through advocacy, collaboration, recruitment, brand awareness and outreach. Each CSP Partner commits (but not limited) to a minimum financial contribution of $60,000 to support our programs, scholarships, and chapters. Multi-year commitments, up to three (3) years are available at this rate. *Note - NSBE will provide virtual alternatives equivalent to in-person packages.
Corporate Growth Partners are the esteemed network of companies who work to help advance the mission of National Society of Black Engineers to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers and STEM-related professionals who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community. Each CGP Partner commits (but not limited) to a minimum financial contribution of $40,000, making significant impact in NSBE’s Fellows Program, student scholarships, and Annual Convention. Multi-year commitments, up to three (3) years are available at this rate. *Note - NSBE will provide virtual alternatives equivalent to in-person packages.

Named ScholarshipYour organization can sponsor a "Named Scholarship" which allows your organization to help manage the criteria for applicants and tie your organization to the gift. This type of gift will require a 10% admin fee. You will be able to review the Terms and Conditions below. The minimum donation for a Named Scholarship is $10,000, with a minimum scholarship award of $5,000. A 10% administrative fee is added to the total amount of your awards to cover the cost of administering and awarding your scholarship. All scholarship donations under $10,000 fund the NSBE General Scholarship pool.
Please note: All funds must be dispersed within 2 years of the gift date. If funds are remaining after 2 years, the funds will be reallocated to the general scholarship fund. Custom Partnerships/Grants/Programmatic Partnership NSBE works with our partners to customize partnerships that achieve their own unique goals. We receive grants and custom-built programmatic partnerships. All information must be uploaded to our commitment form for processing.
All payments are due 30 days from the invoice date.
Payments outstanding after December 31, 2025 will affect your participation at the convention. There will be a 25% fee for any sponsorship cancellations after January 3, 2026. This includes paid and unpaid invoices. There will be no refunds after January 31, 2026.
