Partnership Terms and Conditions
All payments are due 30 days from the invoice date.
Payments outstanding after December 31, 2025 will affect your participation at the convention. There will be a 25% fee for any sponsorship cancellations after January 3, 2026. This includes paid and unpaid invoices. There will be no refunds after January 31, 2026.

Named ScholarshipYour organization can sponsor a "Named Scholarship" which allows your organization to help manage the criteria for applicants and tie your organization to the gift. This type of gift will require a 10% admin fee. You will be able to review the Terms and Conditions below. The minimum donation for a Named Scholarship is $10,000, with a minimum scholarship award of $5,000. A 10% administrative fee is added to the total amount of your awards to cover the cost of administering and awarding your scholarship. All scholarship donations under $10,000 fund the NSBE General Scholarship pool.
Please note: All funds must be dispersed within 2 years of the gift date. If funds are remaining after 2 years, the funds will be reallocated to the general scholarship fund. Custom Partnerships/Grants/Programmatic Partnership NSBE works with our partners to customize partnerships that achieve their own unique goals. We receive grants and custom-built programmatic partnerships. All information must be uploaded to our commitment form for processing.
